Small Business Development Center (SBDC)
SUNY Ulster has hosted the Mid-Hudson Small Business Development Center since 1985. The Center serves Ulster, Sullivan, Orange, Greene, Delaware, Dutchess and part of Schoharie counties. The Center is one of 22 in the State and is a joint venture between the SBA and SUNY. Its mission is to provide no-cost, one-to-one counseling, group training, and researching services to small and medium sized businesses. The Center is open during business hours, Monday through Friday and is headquartered at the Kingston Center of SUNY Ulster, 94 Mary's Avenue in Kingston.
